Welcome to Amaboko Yapalwa Foundation, a source of hope and spiritual regeneration in the heart of Zambia. This non-governmental organization was founded in 2023 by the committed partnership of Pastor Mumbake Chirwa and Pastor Pretty Chirwa in the lively city of Kitwe, Zambia's copper belt area. The foundation reflects their deep dedication to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ and making a real impact in the lives of their fellow Zambians.
Our purpose is centered on the vision of creating a spiritually enriched Zambia in which every person can experience Jesus Christ (Yahushua)'s transformational power of Faith, love, and Hope. We want to raise a new generation of empowered leaders who reflect the spirit of Ubuntu (Community), a concept that promotes togetherness and mutual assistance. Our goal is to create a society that lives on these values, resulting in a brighter and more hopeful future for everyone. We hope to be a guiding beacon for good change across the country by promoting holistic growth and regeneration.

The Amaboko Yapalwa Foundation is built on four pillars: giving food for the poor, spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ, teaching and educating People, and providing holistic healing via discipleship. These pillars are embodied in our mission statement abbreviation, F.E.E.D. (Feed, Evangelism, Equip, and Deliverance). Inspired by Jesus Christ's teachings and the apostolic direction in the scriptures, we think that practical faith—exemplified by acts of kindness and compassion—is a real representation of our Faith.

Pastor Mumbake Chirwa, a former banker with ten years of expertise, is a certified bookkeeper and computer scientist. He offers more than 17 years of building and construction experience to the foundation. As a pastor with Family Fellowship Global Ministry, he uses his unique expertise to lead with vision and compassion. Pastor Pretty Chirwa co-pastors with him and provides her wide expertise and loving attitude to the foundation's projects. She is a trained Grade R teacher from Unisa with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education and also a seamstress.

The foundation's strategy is comprehensive. By providing fundamental needs, we guarantee that people are physically and spiritually fed, establishing the framework for greater engagement with the gospel. Our evangelistic activities are motivated by Jesus Christ's Great Commission to proclaim the gospel far and wide. Beyond evangelism, we are dedicated to providing individuals with the skills and information they need for personal and communal growth. This comprises educational programs, skill development seminars, and other activities aimed at empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Finally, our emphasis on deliverance highlights the value of discipleship. We try to create a strong, caring community in which people may develop in their religion, Love for Jesus Christ (Yahushua) and seek spiritual solace. We hope to walk alongside Christians, providing ongoing direction and support as they retain and share their faith with others.

Our ultimate objective is to see Zambia revived through love, togetherness, and compassion. We are especially enthusiastic about imparting a feeling of optimism and purpose in the kids, ensuring that the beloved tradition of "UBUNTU" remains a vital value in their lives. Our programs are inclusive and geared to meet the individual needs of children aged 0 to 18 and people over the age of 19.

The Amaboko Yapalwa Foundation primarily and initially serves the cities of Ndola, Kitwe, and Chingola. With an initial team of 6 devoted instructors and 5 staff, we are ready to serve the community by communicating in both English, Zambia's official language, and numerous indigenous languages such as Bemba and Nyanja. Our work demonstrates our unshakable trust in the power of Faith and action to change lives and develop a more compassionate society.

Our Mission

The mission of the Amaboko Yapalwa Foundation is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and make a difference in the lives of Zambians. The four pillars of our mission statement are as follows: to provide food for the needy, to share the good news of Jesus Christ, to train and educate people and local communities, and to provide complete healing to individuals via discipleship. By meeting basic needs, encouraging personal development, and equipping local communities to face challenges head-on, we aim to improve the lives of all people, from children to the elderly. Our goal, together with our committed team in Kitwe, is to see a reborn Zambia where love, togetherness, and compassion thrive for the benefit of everyone.
